Type of use : 

Suitable for all crimping operations, the black jack is easy to use and install thanks to its quick-fastening flange and is compatible for use with standard crimping grips. The choice of grip will depend on the crimping diameter of the vial and the pump to be crimped. Once this choice has been made, the selected grip must be screwed into the jack before proceeding with any necessary adjustments. Renowned for its long-life and ease of use, this jack is capable of sustaining high production rates, hence why it is still SOCOGÉ’s flagship product 30 years after it was first introduced.

NV PV-54-01AR CRIMPING JACK

Type of use: 

Suitable for use with all crimping operations, what sets our red jacks apart is their ease of use and installation: the way in which the crimping grip can be easily inserted into or removed from the jack reduces shut-down times during changes of format or miscellaneous maintenance operations. They are developed using the same technology as for the rest of SOCOGÉ’S jack range, meaning quick and easy installation through the use of quick-fastening flanges. Our red jacks also have a mechanism for automatically adjusting the grip’s closing diameter in accordance with the FEA standard.

PRE-CRIMPING JACK 861-10

Type of use: 

Suitable for use with all pre-crimping operations, this jack is placed ahead of the crimping device in the chain, making it possible to align the pump in relation to the vial. Through the use of 3 pre-crimping cocks, the purpose of the jack is to “perforate” the pump in the axis of the vial prior to crimping. Not only does this result in enhanced productivity, but it also increases the lifespan of the crimping grips, given that they will sustain far fewer collisions resulting from incorrect alignment of the pump/vial.

TUBE EXPANSION JACK 881-02

Type of use: 

Suitable for use with all tube expansion operations. Tube expansion is an operation which involves the airtight assembly of a container using a tinplate or aluminium dish equipped with a gasket (1-inch pump or valve). It is used in exactly the same way as the crimping jack - what sets it apart is its quick and easy installation, in addition to greater longevity.
