Product breakdown

The product is comprised of a base equipped with a manually-controlled centring/lifting plate - this is where the container requiring crimping is placed.

Sliding along a column, a bracket equipped with a hinge and a control lever is used to adjust its height in accordance with the heights of the containers requiring crimping. Either a tube expansion tool or a crimping tool can be placed in the tool holder - simply replace one with the other as required. The crimping tool is compatible with all settings corresponding to crimping standards and diameters (Ø20, Ø18, Ø17, Ø15, Ø13, Ø11 and Ø9 mm).

Use

Once you have adjusted the height of the bracket and centred the container, position a container equipped with a valve or a pump to be crimped on the lifting platform.
Lower the platform’s lifting lever.
Once this lever has been set to its lowest position, lower the lever on the bracket - this will begin the crimping process.
Raise the lever on the bracket again before raising the platform’s lifting lever - this will release the crimped container.

Fastening
